During the call, if you're ready, we can lock in your date and get the show on the road! We will set a date for a Pre-Wedding consultation. We'll organise a face-to-face catch up (or video call) to meet again a month or so before your wedding date. We will make sure everything is going perfectly! YOUR WEDDING. The part we love most! Yes! We will meet once when you book in for the initial meeting, and again about a month out from your wedding date. We can meet in person or via video call to go through the items and run sheet for your wedding day.

Previously we have offered strict film lengths, and we have found it hard as we hate to leave out special moments of your day to stick to a specific length. We also don’t want your film to feel long and boring, so we decided to take the length of film out of the equation so that we are free to tell your story naturally. If you have chosen one of the base packages you can expect your film to fall somewhere between 5 to 10 minutes. You can extend this by selecting the Extending Wedding Film option, whereby your film will be upgraded to somewhere between 12 to 15 minutes.

We use multiple licensed music platforms which we have the right to legally us their music. We select the music to artfully choose the music that compliments you and your wedding day. Keep in mind we love to have your input and we are happy to give you the reins to choose a song from the platforms we use, so please ask us during our initial meeting. Please be aware that most other videographers provide unlicensed music which is not only damaging to the industry but also illegal.

It is best for us to know and finalise exactly what you want before we film your wedding. That way we can be as prepared as possible and you know everything you are getting! In saying this, please talk to us during your initial meeting regarding your options relating to your package.

Yes! We have professional equipment ready to capture crystal clear audio during all the special moments, such as during the ceremony and reception speeches. For the ceremony this means we have lapel microphones (well hidden of course) or special connections to the audio system to ensure we have backups and clear audio. At the ceremony we generally attach lapel microphones to the groom and the celebrant. We have the option to mic the bride, however, this is only optional as dresses can be tricky. At the reception we often have audio recording equipment attached directly to the venue's audio systems. You don’t need to worry about a thing, we will have audio organised and even have backups! All our packages come with the option to have voice layover, just let us know if you want it in your film. We do our best to never be in the way! During the special moments we are simply a fly on the wall. In saying that, we do take the courage to be where we need to be to get the shot we need to get. We work with the crowd and feeling of the moment to best position ourselves for the perfect shot. You can count on us to do all we need to do in a respectful and graceful manner.

Yes! All packages have the option to have drone footage. This is included at no extra cost! Please note: The use of a drone is subject to weather conditions and drone flying laws around the country and your wedding locations. We will be sure to discuss this with you before your big day. At your pre wedding consultation let us know if you want drone footage and we will be sure to schedule filming time and include it in your wedding day.

Any Trailers are provided within 5 days of your wedding event! For wedding films and any extended films we allow up to 90 days to storyboard, edit, colour grade, finalise etc. and send through the finished product to you. We still aim is to have your final feature films to be delivered to you as soon as possible, so we will stay in touch. All Footage Edits, Ceremony and Speeches are all delivered at the same time as your wedding film.

You will receive your wedding films through your personalised online gallery. All films can be viewed, shared and downloaded from there. It is a great way to share with your loved ones and friends, and also to save to any home device you prefer! During our initial video call we will show you what it will look like! As technology and online services has advanced we do not offer USB's or thumb drives as this increases delivery times and eliminates risk of loss.

There are no travel costs Metropolitan Melbourne, VIC, AUS There is a small Travel Fee if there is more than 100km total travel outside Metropolitan Melbourne, VIC, AUS. Please notify us for International Weddings.
